Bring all the above documentation plus payment of JPY 1,430 and you can purchase your card on the spot.
<By Post>
Send all the documetation plus total payment of JPY1,700 (included card payment JPY 1,430, postage fee JPY 270, and tax) by registered mail (Genkin-Kakitome).

Eligibility
In order to be eligible for an IYTC, you must be aged between 12 and 25 (inclusive) at the time of purchase. You will need to show us proof of your date of birth with a driver's license, passport or birth certificate.
Validity
Your discount card will be valid for 12 months from date of issue.
