Getting out of the place. The room we booked was far too small even for 2 people so I asked for an upgrade to a larger room and was charged £442 extra on top of what we had already paid. the atmosphere was non existent as all the staff were ethnic with not a native Aussie amongst them.
If someone had to do business nearby this may be O.K. but for a vacation destination forget it
The only advantage was it was handy for the tram system to get around town.much better to choose Holiday Inn 50 yards south which has a swimmimg pool and the rates are cheaper. dump is about the best word to describe this place.

Very well run hotel, fantastic location if you like the footy, very close to rail and bus services. Great security too.
