Condition/How to use
■
 Apply passes,and after confirming payment,we will pass the voucher.
■
 Passengers must exchange their STA Travel voucher when ready to travel with Greyhound at least 24 hours prior to departure.
But, you can't exchange at the Perth,please contact STA Travel.
■
 1 day = 24 hours (12 midnight to 11.59pm the next day)
An overnight service = 2 days travel.
■
 Booking must be made in advance otherwise seats may not be available. If the booking has not been paid and ticketed within 24 hours of scheduled departure, Greyhound Australia may cancel the booking.Passengers with ticketed bookings may change their travel itinerary or ‘open date’ their ticket up to the scheduled service departure time.
■
 Passes cannot be transferred to others.
■
 If the voucher has not been exchanged pass, I will deduct the service charge and refund.
However, there is no repayment when the pass expired
■

If you only purchase the bus pass, a handling fee will be applied. (JPY 3,150 incl. Consumption Tax)
If you purchase an air ticket from us, in addition to the bus pass, the above handling fee will be applied. (JPY 2,100 incl. Consumption Tax)
