How to use passes / What are Local Payments?
How to use passes
●When you arrive in Australia, you can either phone at Oz Office, e-mail, or simply visit the bus company to book your seat.
●Once you decide the departure date, every time you need to contact the bus company directly to book your seat.
●You have up to 12 months to start your trip once this has been issued. If you don't exchange the voucher within 12 months, it will be void.
●Meals and plans for accomodations are generally not included in the prices of the bus passes, so please be sure to ask the company about any questions or concerns you may have.
●After you have exchanged voucher for the bus pass, it is non-refundable. You need to request for a refund within 6 months in order to be applicable for one.
●If you only purchase the bus pass, a handling fee will be applied. (JPY 2,100 incl. Consumption Tax)
●If you purchase an air ticket from us, in addition to the bus pass, the above handling fee will not be applied.
What are Local Payments?
●Local Payments are expenses to cover meals and accommodations at certain areas where there is no option for food or lodging. Please take into consideration that meals and accommodations are not included in the OZ experience pass prices. Local paymnets are usually paid to OZ experience, but two of these payments on the East Coast are paid directly to the suppliers.
