how to use passes
● When you purchase a pass, you will receive a voucher from us. You have up to 12 months to start your trip once this has been issued.
● When you arrive in New Zealand, you can either phone at Kiwi Experience office, e-mail, or simply visit bus company to book your start date before 48 hours.
● Once you decide the departure date, every time you need to contact bus company directly to book your seat.
● You have up to 12 months to start your trip once this has been issued. If you didn't exchange the voucher within 12 months, it will be void.
●Meals and plans for accomodations are generally not included in the prices of the bus passes, so please be sure to ask the company about any questions or concerns you may have.
●After you have exchanged voucher for the bus pass, it is non-refundable. You need to request for a refund within 6 months in order to be applicable for one.
●If you only purchase the bus pass, a handling fee will be applied. (JPY 2,100 incl. Consumption Tax)
●If you purchase an air ticket from us, in addition to the bus pass, the above handling fee will not be applied.
