If you want to buy an ISIC card we will need:
A valid student card that clearly states 'Full-Time' on it, or
An Application form signed and stamped by your registrar or principal(available online)
A photograph(3.3cm x 2.8cm)
Payment of JPY 1,430

Visit the Office
Bring all the above documentation plus payment of JPY 1,430 and you can purchase your card on the spot.
By Post
Send all the documetation plus total payment of JPY 1,700 (included card payment JPY 1,430, postage fee JPY 270, and tax) by registered mail (Genkin-Kakitome) to the address is as follows; STA TRAVEL

【When does the card expire?(2009)】

The Card is valid to 31 March, 2010, regardless of when it is purchased.
