STA TRAVEL ELECTRONIC TICKETS / PAPER TICKETS

*Date Change

- Please note that STA TRAVEL can only offer its services with ticket numbers starting from "000". The ticket number can be found on your ticket.

- For all other tickets, please contact the airline directly.

- Once we have received a copy of your ticket by fax or e-mail, and have verified all conditions, we can then process your request.

-We will change your date, but it will be subject to seat availability and flight restrictions on your requested date.

*Handling charge        

1. e-Ticket         6,000 JPY  per time
    *Exception  (QANTAS AIRWAYS  10,000 JPY  per time)

2. Paper ticket     6,000 JPY  per time
The cases of emergency, passengers with paper tickets can receive date changes if they are departing from either Narita Airpor or Kansai Airport; changes must be made at the airport. Please inquire for further details.

OTHER ELECTRONIC TICKETS

Changes to all other types of paper tickets need to be made directly with the airline that is operating the flight. You will need to contact the local airline office in the country that you are departing from. We suggest that you use an Internet search engine to find the website of the relevant airline to obtain local contact details.
