Nationals of certain countries can visit Brazil for up to three months without a visa, these are listed at the website of the Ministerio Das Relacoes Exteriores.  If you would like to take up paid work in Brazil you will need a work permit.

There is no Working Holiday Visa available to citizens of Japan.
